Canada Wilderness.com^® is a specialized website focusing on the promotion of Canadian wilderness travel. The theme of each section is consistent in presenting the wilderness aspect of Canada to a worldwide audience. In order that directory listings conform to this theme, tour operators and outfitters wishing to list on the website must conform to a certain criteria. They must operate a Canadian tourism business that offers their visitors the opportunity to travel to parts of the country that are deemed to be wilderness, that is an unsettled region left in its natural state and not accessible by road. Tours that provide visitors with an eco experience or other activities by boat or other conveyances may be classified as wilderness operators for listing purposes.

Canada Wilderness.com^® reserves the right to restrict or refuse listings in any category that do not comply with the published policy. Operators may list their business in more than one category as per the published rates upon proof that their business offers acitivities directly related to that category.

Canada Wilderness.com^® reserves the right to reject or refuse listings from any category that have content that is deemed to be offensive in nature. Descriptive content and photographs associated with Enhanced Listings must be compatible with the category theme. Although there is no control over the content of websites outside of this network, Canada Wilderness.com^® reserves the right to reject or remove listings from this site that are linked to a site outside the network that contains content that may be deemed to be offensive.
